Mark your calendars - Yard of the Quarter for April is now closed. Our next Yard of the Quarter is in JUNE 2010.

Nomination Process:

All Yard of the Quarter nominations will be accepted the first 12 days of the contest month. No nominations will be accepted after day 12.

Days 13 and 14 of the contest month will be designated as voting days for the Yard of the Quarter Committee.

Day 15 of the contest month, the results of the voting by the Yard of the Quarter Committee will be counted up - by at least two members of the Yard of the Quarter Committee. Once the results are finalized, the winner will be notified by the Committee Chairman that they have won.

Who Can Nominate:
All homeowners can nominate themselves or any other homeowner.
HOA Board Members can nomiate homes also.

PLEASE NOTE: When submitting a nomination, please make sure that you have the complete address (denote if it is drive, lane, south, north, west, east). If address submitted is not complete the nomination is null and void.

What YOTQ Winner wil Receive
Winner of YOTQ will be able to display for the Quarter a nice Yard of the Quarter Sign in thier yard to let the community know that their yard was chosen for that Quarter! In addition, the homeowner also be sent a $50 check.

PLEASE NOTE: Homeowner must be current with thier Association Dues. Homeowner can only win YOTQ Award once a year. Current Board Members and Yard of the Quarter Committee Chairman are not eligible to win this award.

How to Submit a Nomination:

To Submit a home for Yard of the Quarter - you can do so "paperless"
on-line thru our website by:

1. Clicking on the "Community" tab
2. Click on "Yard of the Quarter Nomination Form" tab
3. Select the appropriate quarter, fill in the form and hit submit!

It is that easy!
