Please remember if you need to report an incident, please contact the Sheriff's Office first, then contact Skip so he is aware of the incident.

FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH REMINDERS!

Keep your GARAGE DOORS closed during the day and nights if you are not around.

Take GARAGE REMOTES in at night. Do not leave them in your car.

Keep a lookout for STRANGE CARS or PEOPLE in our neighborhood that look out of place, not familiar.

Make sure your outside home lights are working and your house numbers can be seen if the police need to come to your home regarding an incident.

Did You Ever Wonder Who to Call?

CALL SIGNATURE REALTY - BRENT HEINSELMAN (904-482-1099) if:

One of your neighbors is not cleaning up thier front lawn area or they have trash in their yard.

General community complaints or maintenance is needed for a pond, sign, landscaping, etc.

CALL POST OFFICE if:

Your mail is not being delivered or you are getting someone else's mail.
This is not a CCHOA issue.

CALL CITY OF JACKSONVILLE (630 - City) for:

If a boat, recreational vehicle, trailer, semi is parked on the street in our community. Our community streets were not made to withstand these types of vehicles coming in and out.

Loud music, barking dogs, light post light is out.

Speed limit sign, other type of posted sign is damaged or down.

Potholes or issues with our city streets.

CALL 911 if:

General health emergency, fire or if a burglary, vandalism or incident is happening.

CALL JACKSONVILLE SHERIFFS OFFICE ( 630-0500) if:

Your neighbor is causing a disturbance or they are partying past curfew.

You see kids out past curfew at night or driving thru our neighborhood past curfew hours.

Anything out of the ordinary or suspicious.

CALL ST JOHNS WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT if
If someone in Crystal Creek is curring down trees in a protected area.
