Why an ARC?

Prior to initiating any substantial change to your property - homeowners must first obtain an ARC Approval from the Architectural and Landscaping Review Committee and/or the Board of Directors.

This includes the addition of or changes to patios, decks, windows, doors, driveways, edging along walkways and / or installation of major landscape features and invisible dog fences.

How to Submit an ARC

On our Website go to the "Property Managemnt Link".
Click on "Architectural Review Request Form".

Fill In:

Homeowner Name
Phone
Email Address
Street Address
Describe Improvement or Modification

Check appropriately the "Acknowledgement Section". Click on "Submit Form" to Board and Brent Heinselman.

Next Step and Most Importantly! A blank ARC Form has been attached at the end of this same Web Page. This ARC Form must be filled out with any details, specifics, plans, brochures about the intended home improvement(s). This form must be completed and sent in - in order - for the ARC Request to be considered complete!

If this form is not attached, Brent will send back request and it could possibly delay getting the ARC approved in a timely manner!

Once Brent and the ARC Committe have reviewed the submitted ARC Request - homeowner will be notified by Brent on the outcome - whether it is approved or not approved.

That is all there is to submitting an ARC!
